Monthly reconciliation
Bank and card transactions categorized and matched to statements, so the numbers can be trusted.
Service — Bookkeeping, month-end and getting paid
Bank and card accounts reconciled every month, a profit-and-loss statement with a plain-English note, and follow-up on unpaid invoices. A year-end package goes to your tax preparer. No tax filing or tax advice.
From $295/mo · catch-up $175 per month behind
01 — Who it’s for
The receipts are in a shoebox, the bank feed hasn’t been matched since March, and you only find out who owes you money when cash runs short. Your tax preparer keeps asking for numbers you don’t have.
Books Essentials keeps QuickBooks Online or Xero reconciled every month and sends a profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet with a short note on what changed. Books Plus also sends invoices, logs bills and follows up on overdue payments. If you’re behind, a catch-up brings the books current first. Clinics and practices: at launch, bookkeeping excludes patient health information.
02 — What you get
